Actor Ranveer Singh Offers Prayers at Chamundeshwari Temple in Mysuru

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh, of the latest movie Dhurandhar fame, visited the revered Chamundeshwari Temple atop Chamundi Hills in Mysuru and offered prayers early in the morning.

According to Chamundeshwari Kshetra Development Authority Secretary M.J. Roop, the actor arrived at the temple around 7:30 am and participated in the rituals like an ordinary devotee.

“Actor Ranveer Singh arrived at Chamundeshwari Hills like a regular devotee and sat in the temple premises and offered prayers,” the official said.

The visit attracted attention from devotees and fans present at the temple, though authorities ensured smooth darshan arrangements without major disruption. Temple officials stated that the actor spent some time in prayer before leaving the premises.

The Chamundeshwari Temple, dedicated to Goddess Chamundeshwari, is one of Karnataka’s most prominent pilgrimage sites and regularly receives visits from political leaders, film personalities, and devotees from across the country.

Ranveer Singh’s spiritual visit comes amid his ongoing professional engagements in the film industry, though no official statement regarding the purpose of the visit was issued.
